What is Cred?
Cred is the virtual game point you use to back your predictions. It has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. You earn 1,000 Cred at signup and receive a weekly refill.
How do predictions resolve?
Major event predictions resolve automatically via verified public sources. User-created predictions resolve through community consensus or mutual confirmation for 1v1 challenges.
How do I cancel Told Pro?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Told Pro → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all subscription billing.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account → Confirm. Your account data, predictions, and Cred balance are permanently removed.
How do I restore purchases?
In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your Told Pro subscription and any Cred purchased through Apple. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
A prediction isn't resolving?
If a community-resolved prediction is stuck, it may be waiting for enough consensus votes. If an automatic prediction seems wrong, email us with the prediction link and we'll review it.
